We began as a local union at St. Andrew’s High School over twenty years ago.
Our goal is to promote communication and awareness of the role of the CSTA (Catholic School Teachers’ Association) in the Diocese of Victoria, BC.

For over 30 years, we have championed the cause of teachers with Island Catholic Schools, resulting in seven successfully-negotiated collective agreements. We'd be happy to discuss our journey with you should you have questions or be seeking information for your own organizing efforts.
